Access to and use of the bygame Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the bygame Platform. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine law governing participation in casino-style gaming activities. bygame strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process.
Age Restriction Notice: The bygame Platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Any person found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all Funds frozen pending investigation, and any winnings forfeited. bygame takes underage gambling extremely seriously.
You must be accessing the bygame Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. bygame does not accept registrations from users located in Prohibited Jurisdictions.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the bygame Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds therein.
To access the full range of bygame Services, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.
bygame is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals and may request verification at any other time at its discretion. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be required.
bygame reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Registration does not guarantee approval, and bygame may conduct background checks as part of the registration process.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bygame Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.
You must choose a strong, unique password for your bygame Account and must not use the same password for any other online service. bygame strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
You must notify bygame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. bygame will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
Security Notice: bygame will never ask for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from bygame requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
Your Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account under any circumstances. bygame reserves the right to suspend any Account that it reasonably suspects is being accessed by more than one individual.
All financial transactions on the bygame Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). bygame supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other approved payment channels.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your Account verification status and the payment method used. bygame reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your bygame Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. bygame does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
By depositing funds into your bygame Account, you warrant that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. bygame reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
If a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by your payment provider, bygame reserves the right to void any bets placed using those funds and to recover any winnings derived from such bets. bygame will not be liable for any losses arising from failed deposit transactions caused by your payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. bygame will not process any withdrawal from an Account that has not been fully verified. This requirement exists to protect our users from unauthorized withdrawals and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
bygame aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds. bygame reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a new payment method.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your Account settings. bygame reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may result in extended processing times.
If your Account remains inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months and contains a positive balance, bygame may classify the Account as dormant. Dormant Account fees may apply in accordance with bygame's dormant account policy, details of which are available from our support team.
bygame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. bygame reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Users who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.
Any attempt to abuse the bygame bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
Note on Bonus Terms: bygame reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to your Account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply.
All games available on the bygame Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.
All electronic games on the bygame Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is entirely random and independent of previous rounds.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game, bygame reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the user's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. bygame will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify bygame's customer support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game round. bygame will investigate the dispute and its decision shall be final and binding. Disputes raised after the seventy-two-hour window may not be considered.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bygame Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds, and may result in legal action where applicable:

bygame does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. bygame will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.
The bygame Platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors and game providers. bygame is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider, and your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bygame's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
bygame collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the bygame Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bygame implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and bygame cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

Either party may terminate the agreement constituted by these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to the provisions of this section.
You may close your bygame Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining Funds in your Account. bygame will process your withdrawal request in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms & Conditions. Accounts subject to active investigations or pending bonus wagering requirements may not be eligible for immediate closure.
bygame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In such cases, bygame may withhold Funds pending investigation.
Upon termination of your Account, your license to use the bygame Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 10, 12, 13, and 16 — shall continue to apply following termination.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the bygame Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting bygame's customer support team. bygame will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the timeframe specified above, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
bygame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bygame will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.
Your continued use of the bygame Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendments take effect.
